Concierge psychiatric care

This practice is designed to provide:

  • Extended, unhurried appointments
  • Direct physician involvement in all aspects of care
  • Individualized treatment planning
  • Integration of multiple treatment modalities

Care is not rushed and is tailored to each individual.

 Life Transitions & Stress-Related Conditions

I work with adults navigating:

  • Career and professional stress
  • Relationship changes, including divorce
  • Midlife transitions and identity shifts
  • Burnout and emotional exhaustion
  • Hormonal transitions

Many of my patients are thoughtful, high-functioning individuals who are seeking not only symptom relief, but a deeper understanding of themselves, their patterns, and the broader context of their lives.

This work is particularly well-suited for those who value a personalized, in-depth approach and are open to a collaborative process.

  Psychiatric Evaluation & Ongoing Care

Gentle Cure Psychiatry provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and ongoing treatment for adults seeking thoughtful, individualized care.

Appointments are unhurried and designed to allow for a thorough understanding of symptoms, history, and the broader context of each individual’s life.

Treatment may include medication management, psychotherapy-informed care, and practical strategies to support day-to-day functioning and well-being.

Care is collaborative, with an emphasis on clarity, continuity, and a strong therapeutic relationship.

   Holistic and Integrative Psychiatry

Gentle Cure Psychiatry offers a thoughtful, holistic and integrative approach to care that extends beyond symptom management and considers the broader context of each individual’s well-being.

In addition to evidence-based psychiatric evaluation and treatment, care may incorporate:

  • Mind-body practices (such as meditation, breathwork, and nervous system regulation)
  • Lifestyle and nutritional factors, including selective, evidence-informed use of supplements
  • Exploration of personal meaning, psychological patterns, and frameworks that support deeper self-understanding

When relevant to the individual, this may also include discussion of symbolic or reflective systems as tools for insight and personal growth. Dr. Hill draws from works of Jung, Yalom, Assagioli and multiple therapy modalities.

This approach is patient-centered and entirely optional, and is always used to complement—not replace—standard psychiatric care.

All recommendations are guided by clinical judgment, safety, and alignment with each patient’s preferences and goals.

    Deprescribing & Thoughtful Medication Review

Some patients come to treatment after years of being on medications and begin to wonder whether their current regimen still feels right for them.

When clinically appropriate, I offer a careful and individualized approach to medication review, including support for those considering gradual reduction of medications such as benzodiazepines, sleep medications and polypharmacy.

This process is always collaborative, paced slowly, and guided by safety and comfort.

There is no pressure to discontinue medications—only an open space to explore what feels most supportive over time.

     Consultation & Second Opinions

I also offer consultations for individuals seeking a second opinion on diagnosis, treatment options, or medication regimens.

These sessions are designed to provide clarity and a fresh perspective, particularly in complex or longstanding situations.
